Session 1: Foundation & Safety

This is where it begins. The first session of a six-part programme designed to guide you gently and permanently into bedwetting.

Session 1 is about one thing above all else: permission. Your body already knows how to release in sleep — every infant does it naturally. What stands between you and wet mornings isn't a broken mechanism, it's a guardian that learned to wake you. This session thanks that guardian for its years of service and gives it permission to stand down.

You'll be guided through a full progressive relaxation induction, deep trance deepening, and then into the core work: the Safety Permission, where your subconscious learns that you are in your bed, you are wearing protection, and nothing bad happens when you let go. You simply sleep on.

The session also plants the first seed of the desire spiral — that quiet pull toward more depth, more release, more wet mornings — and begins the identity shift toward simply being a bedwetter, without shame, without failure, without resistance.

Approximately 40 minutes. Best listened to at bedtime, wearing protection, in a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed. Headphones recommended for the binaural layer.

This is Session 1 of 6 in the full programme. Each session builds on the last, compounding and deepening the work.

I take your bladder and your bowels in deep trance and wire losing control straight to your hard-on, until soaking and filling a diaper feels better than sex. ~23 min.

You hold it in all day, don't you. That careful little clench from the second you wake up, so proud of a body that does what it's told. Lie back and let me take that away from you. I count you down past the watchful part of you, and once you're under I loosen the muscle you've gripped your whole life, slow and warm, until holding it stops being something you get to decide.

So you let go. The warmth spreads through the diaper, soaking heavy between your legs, and the second it does, you're hard. That's the whole trick of this file: I weld the release to the ache, so wetting yourself feels better than sex. Then I take the deeper hold too, the one you guard hardest, and let it go warm and full and sagging while you throb and love how little is left to you.

And it lingers. Some ordinary afternoon you'll feel the warmth start to spread before you decided to, and you'll be quietly hard about it with nobody near you any the wiser. You'll reach for this file again, not because I told you to, but because once you know how that helpless soak feels, nothing dry comes close. Lie back, let your legs fall open, and let go for me.
