Made the file a silent subliminal, wrote my own affirmations, added a secondary track using "you" while the main uses "I" as the subject. Made it for myself but I figured I would upload it here. Did not add any music or biuranals to it so I could play my music when I'm playing games.

This is my first take on hypnosis. Intended for mature audiences.

This is a file to lose bladder control.
