This file locks your diaper in place, takes away your bladder control until the diaper is completely sogged, and causes you to post a picture of your diaper on social media thanking Thunderpup for making you submit, obey, and lose control in your diaper. After posting the image online, you'll feel an irresistible urge to squirt in your diaper or pleasure yourself, depending on if you're in chastity or not. Once you squirt or pleasure yourself for 15 minutes, you'll find that the diaper will release and you can take it off.

This file helps you to feel embarrassed about your diapers as you learn to always worry about who might notice that you're wearing diapers. It encourages you to make your diapers as obvious as you safely can, and it helps you to feel humiliated and embarrassed in a way that causes you so much arousal.

This file takes you on a magical journey through a wonderful place as you go to sleep. This file has no awakener, and it will guide you from the hypnotic state into the sleep state at the end of the file.

While not required, it's suggested that you wear a diaper and have a pacifier and plushie with you.

This file tells the story of you, a school bully, getting exactly what you deserve when the Care Bears decide to punish you for being so mean. As you're taken back to a wonderful place in the sky, you find that you are becoming obsessed with diapers, and you begin to realize that diapers occupy every thought when you're not busy.

This file creates a deeper obsession for diapers, and it has post-hypnotic suggestions to encourage you to think about diapers anytime you don't have anything else to focus on.

You should be in a laying position and wearing a diaper while listening to this file.

This file helps you to develop an attraction and addiciton to your pacifier. It allows you to feel calm when sucking on it, and it encourages you to keep it with you wherever you go, even when you can't have it in yoru mouth. You're encouraged to suck on your pacifier as you go to sleep as it will help you enter sleep deeply, calmly, and restfully.

You should have your pacifier nearby when you begin this file, but not in your mouth, you should be able to hold your arms out in front of you during the start of the file, and you should be free to speak aloud during the first part of the file.

This file uses arousal to create obedience and train crinklebutts to crave snaps and clicks from superiors. Snaps and clicks are the signal of obedience, and crinklebutts who listen to this file should be prepared to feel a deep pleasure and a deep need to obey when they hear snaps or clicks from superiors in their lives. At the end, for 24 hours, the listener will need to get permission from a superior if they want to be able to squirt.

You should be wearing a diaper when listening to this file. There will be direct commands to wet yourself. If you have a buzzy wand you like to use, have it nearby. Please make sure you're in a spot where you can move around during the file, including getting up on your knees and being away from anything you could hit your head on if you fall over.

This file uses all the senses to create a happy imagery journey to the zoo with your caretaker.

It's recommended to wear a diaper while listening to this file as some listeners may interpret mentions of wetting as suggestions to wet, even though there's no direct suggestions to wet in the file.

The imagery in this hypnosis file will involve the idea of being physically high up above the ground at some points, and while some listeners may have a fear of heights, suggestions are given to allow you to remain grounded and feel safe while imagining it.

This file may become emotional for some listeners, and it involves suggestions to giggle in some parts. It's recommended that you be in a location where it's safe to giggle aloud while listening.

This audio file takes you on a journey of messing your diapers and learning to become addicted to being messy.

There are two versions of this file:
Orgasm Version - Before you can take your messy diaper off, you must squirt in your diaper. You will not be able to take it off until you do.
Chastity Version - Before you can take your messy diaper off, you must spend 15 minutes teasing and pleasuring yourself. You won't be able to take it off until you do.

You should be in a diaper, feel the need to poop, and be in a place where it's safe for you to mess and be stinky while listening to this file. You should also have easy access to the front of your diaper, and your hands should be free so you can rub your diaper. If you like using a buzzy wand, please have it nearby during the file. This file encourages you to mess anytime you are diapered and in a safe place to mess your diaper.

This audio file takes you on a journey of finding littlespace, and it creates a trigger you can use to return to littlespace whenever you'd like for as long as it is safe to do so and as long as you'd like to be there.

This file utilizes an arm rigidity technique to release negativity and stress from the body. The muscles in the arm become very stiff and rigid for a short period of time during the use of this technique. While uncommon, a few individuals might experience sore muscles in their arm following this technique. Remember that you are hyper-aware in this state of mind, and you have the ability to lessen the rigidity if it begins to become uncomfortable without affecting the efficacy of the file.

The Unedutainment series is a set of ABDL audio files intended to help fill a niche for the fantasy of being brainwashed into a simple-minded, diaper-loving baby brain. These files heavily feature themes of greatly reduced intelligence and forgetting/erasing one's adult identity, which may not be healthy for folks with depression, dissociative disorders, or those inexperienced with altered headspaces. Specific themes vary by file, but tend to revolve around identity alteration, thought alteration, amnesia, and intelligence draining. Please listen, train, and play responsibly, in a comfortable environment and from a healthy frame of mind. I hope you enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE:
This file has different versions for stereo and spatial/surround sound (7.1), of which the mp3 is the lower quality. See the bottom of this description for an explanation of versions and a link to the archive containing them.

Accepting Dependence

Sometimes the grownup world just has too much going on in it. All those confusing big words, difficult tasks, and complicated rules you have to learn. Wouldn't things be better if you could do something to forget about that stuff and let it all go? Wouldn't life be more simple if you gave up on adulting and let the actual grownups be in charge? If you're still reading, then this lesson in relying upon others might be just what you're looking for! By mentally associating crying, one of the first things we ever learn to do in our lives, with attempting and failing at tasks that are a bit too tough for a big baby like you to accomplish, you'll learn to blank out and purge those icky thoughts of independence and maturity whenever you need to! Enjoy unlearning the idea of doing things for yourself. Grow accustomed to asking your grownups for help instead. Bounce and babble along to B-I-N-G-O as the fun silly music helps you drop back down to that comforting, simple-minded feeling you get whenever you regress.

This is a TTS distraction/confusion brainwashing track. No induction or awakener, just a constant auditory assault. The base track plays Bingo on repeat and a secondary base plays a Listen>Relax>Think Less suggestion loop. Another two tracks deliver the primary series of suggestions, two more add babbles, rhymes, and other distractions into the soundscape, and a final track contains rattle and crinkle sound effects. This file was mixed for 7.1 surround, so if you have a headset with spatial audio capability, it's highly recommended to use it AND to choose the .flac version when downloading.

Intended long-term effects are to cultivate cognitive reflexes and habits that gradually lower the listener's attention span, maturity, capacity for complex speech or thoughts, interest in adult activities, and ability to carry out simple tasks. Intended short-term effects are to simply encourage you to let go of those big kid thoughts for a while, listen and babble to baby music, feel reliant upon your caregiver, and perhaps even find yourself a bit more hesitant, clumsy, and fussy while waddling around or playing with your toys. Perfect listening for getting into headspace, playing games (maybe avoid puzzle games...), rubbing your diapers to, or just as background music while you color or play toys. Listen frequently at your own risk.

If you aren't doing anything else while listening, a visual aid to keep your eyes occupied and your mind distracted is recommended - a spiral, simple cartoons, trainer video, pinkfong/cocomelon, etc. If you're okay with making an account or already have one, you can find a spiral containing randomized suggestions from this file at the following link: https://yuuk.space/view/project/UfvyzyeY. Big thanks to Refactoy for the wonderful site and toolset!

Before downloading, figure out which version is best for you:
.mp3 - The smallest file at 38mb, but also the lowest quality and does not support surround/spatial audio. This was mixed separately to balance the tracks properly into stereo. If you're listening with earbuds or a headset without surround support, or you just don't want to burn a third of a gig on a 20-minute audio file (understandable tbh), this one's for you.

.flac - The medium-sized file with minimal loss in quality, supports surround/spatial. This is the recommended download. Significantly larger at 270mb, but give it a listen and if you like the quality or surround effects better than the mp3's, stick with this version. Be aware that some media players (VLC for one x.x) can have trouble with outputting to multiple channels for surround, so if things sound odd then you might consider popping the file into another player.

Subfolders - These contain alternate mixes with various elements removed. E.g. The NoSFX folder contains an mp3 and flac mix of the file without any crinkle/rattle sound effects.

Trapped in a hypnotic loop the more you think about it, the more you try to resist it the more inevitable it will be that you will wet yourself.  The more you think about it the more obsessed you become until you realize you are failing to resist and the more you fail the sooner you will inevitable end up wetting yourself and once that happens it will be impossible to stop because you have failed to resist.

*Note - this is a file that goes with the Buddy Sleep system and doesn't have it's own induction or awakener. Listeners may use the modular files to build their own playlist of Buddy Sleep files. I suggest that listeners listen to the first few Complete Buddy Takeover files to make sure that they are picking up triggers in the correct order.

Proudly Pampered - Buddy learns a powerful new trigger that will force him into diapers for a period of time. That's ok though because Buddy loves running around as a cute little diaper boy. Buddy's diapers work with the bladder weakening medicine in part 2 to pull all of Buddy's pee out of his body, causing complete bladder incontence when diapered. Buddy learns to be proud of his diaper and less concerned with hiding it from others (there is a short safety in place regarding minors). Sagging pants are ok with Buddy, and he loves walking around his house in a diaper and a t-shirt. There is a poop trigger at the end of this file, but unlike the permanent bladder loss, it is an "only when triggered" effect. It's a silly little trigger, but I just know that it will speak to Buddy and that he will be so happy as he poops his diaper or his undies. I don't plan on surprising listeners with that trigger in other files like I do with some of the other triggers (so no need to worry about that), but I probably will develop it more in a later file for those who are interested in that sort of thing. If that part isn't for you, it is at the end of this section and could probably be cut out fairly easily. For my part, I am not into that, but I've actually used the trigger on myself several times because something about it makes me feel so little and helpless. Give it a try - what's the worse that can happen?

Hello! Welcome to the baby boy brainwashing series, Buddy Sleep. The files, modeled after the infomous B**bi sleep (BS) files, seeks to help the Buddy, the little baby boy inside the listener's mind, emerge as the dominant personality. While most of the scripts are modelled after BS, the style is quite different and uses a human mail voice instead of the TTS used by the former files. TTS is used to represent Buddy's voice inside the listener since it wouldn't be appropriate to use an actual child's voice given the script. The listener is encouraged to think of Buddy's voice as his own when listening to each of the files.

By the end of the series, it is my hope that Buddy (and by extension, the listener) will be a diaper loving, diaper dependent little boy. Like BS, there aren't a lot of safeties, so listener's should proceed with caution and make sure that they truly want to be a good little baby boy before beginning the series.

The files talk about being a good little boy and mentions male anatomy. While anyone who thinks of themselves as a male might enjoy these files, it would have been too difficult to speak in gender neutral terms for more universal appeal.

Attitude Lock - Buddy learns that good little boys are clean shaven and perfectly dressed in the cutest, most childlike clothing. He learns more about the mindset of a good little boy and begin developing a love of pacifiers, bottles of milk, and all sorts of other childlike items. *Little boy sexual content warning - Buddy starts learning that, while little boys can't masturbate or cum like men, he still loves pleasing his partner orally and loves the feeling of his diaper or undies being touched. Buddy also continues learning that he must obey adults like a good little boy.
