I really didn't like a partial answer for kritikito. The PUNISHMENT trigger is in this file. Since part of the file is allowing ONLY your subconscious mind remember this training, I can provide the punishment trigger via PM on this site. Yes, this means that I am currently listening to this file again. I am not at all sure, that I want it to work this time.
